- Messages are emailed to any email address of your choice. You provide the email address where you want to receive your messages.

- We will set up 2 email addresses included with the service. If you would like additional email addresses there is an additional fee.
- Messages are still in your voicemail box so you have access to them through a touch tone phone when you don't have access to the internet.

- When you receive your voicemail message if it is one that you would like to keep you can simply drag and drop the message into a folder on your computer.
- You can also rename the file so that you can remember its purpose in the future. (Remember to test the play back of a renamed file before deleting the original. Feel free to call us for assistance.)
Email Subject Line is the Callers ID: Never Loose a Number
- Never miss a phone number again because you could not hear it in the message, if the caller is unclear or the caller speaks to quickly and you are not able to write down the phone number you still have a copy in your email. So you do not have to keep rewinding or listening to the whole message over and over until you get the phone number.
